J.C. Hart Company is proud to develop, build, and manage our newest Indianapolis apartment community, The Edge. Pre-leasing will begin in Summer/Fall 2023. The property will provide 376 apartment homes, a clubhouse, luxury amenities, and parking garage all situated on the edge of Carmel and Indianapolis, located at the southeast corner of 96th Street and Westfield Blvd. Units will be a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments.
