The Edge would love to have your pets at our Indianapolis apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, but there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly pet rent for pet owners.

The Edge is served by Washington Township, which includes Nora Elementary School, Northview Middle School, and North Central High School.

Yes, The Edge and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be run during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that goes to the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to a new lease.

No, The Edge does not allow our Residents to prepay their full lease. Rent is to be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
A security deposit is required prior to lease inception. The security deposit will be based on the results of your application screening.
